Please book your reservation 1-day in advance.  If you book for same day dinner, you can book online before 5:30pm (after 5:30 pm, please call 416-922-6647).

For dining service at ONoir, minimum order of two-course meal per guest is required.

Credit Card and Cancellation/Update Policy

For groups of 4 or more, credit card information is required by the system. We do not plan to charge any fee before dining. Please give at least 24-h notice for cancellation or changes in the number of people to attend, to avoid charges. If you are unable to fulfill your reservation (i.e. no-show without 24-h notice or late arrival past 30 min of the reserved time), Can$10 (US$7.5) fee per guest applies Monday to Thursday (and Can$15 or US$11.25 per guest Friday – Sunday) for each person whose reservation is unfulfilled.

Credit card information is required for any size on Valentine’s Day (Feb-14), with 48-h cancellation policy (or a Can$20 or US$15 per person charge). Any promotions are not valid on V-Day (Feb-14).

Important Note:

Please remember your reservation and come at the scheduled time (preferably 10-15 min earlier). Please do not arrive over 15 min later than the scheduled time – otherwise our staff may request you to order a 2-course meal without starter, or after 30-min may be unable to accommodate you.

Please be mindful of other guests and people. If you need to make changes or a cancellation, ENSURE to email or call us at least a day (24hr) in advance, regardless of group size, to make sure we have the appropriate number of wait staff on hand.

Guests who do not inform cancellations or changes disrupt quality of services; unfulfilled reservations result in ONoir being forced to turn away potential guests while whole tables are held for absent diners, and cause visually-impaired servers having made the trip to work only to be sent home with no work.

Note: If you want to have a romantic and dynamic dinner, ONoir is your choice, However, on Saturday or certain busy days, the noise level could be higher than other days when the restaurant is fully seated. Some guests may also receive dishes not so fast, though kitchen and other staff will try their best to deliver.

Small fees for guests leaving after being seated in dark: a small number of guests who came, made food order, and were seated via assistance of guide servers and experienced the initial dark room service, but decided to leave before food preparation. While we understand that guests did not really consume meals, the process took away seats from other potential guests and required a portion of staff time and service. Therefore Can$6 will be charged for each guest who leaves before food preparation. Guests will be charged / taxed full amount for foods and drinks already prepared. Thanks for understanding.
